String Quartet at Antrim Celebrations

Our string quartet played for a stunning wedding and cocktail hour at Antrim Celebrations, in Columbia, TN, yesterday evening! The plans were changed because of the rain, but the wedding ceremony took place in the beautiful chapel and cocktail hour was held in the reception barn -- they both were gorgeous! We worked with Kim Morgan, day-of-coordinator with Antrim, and she was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The bride chose to have classical music for the prelude and ceremony and switched things up to show tunes and pop for the cocktail hour. She did a great job with her selections!

Her selections are as follows:

Prelude: Meditation from Thais (Massenet), and other classical selections

Family, Wedding Party and Bride: Trumpet Voluntary (Purcell)

Recessional: La Rejouissance (Handel)

Cocktail Hour:

Can't Help Falling in Love (Elvis)

Concerning Hobbits (from "Lord of the Rings")

Devil Went Down to Georgia

Fly Me to the Moon (Sinatra)

I See the Light (from "Tangled")

I Will Wait (Mumford and Sons)

A Million Dreams (from "Greatest Showman")

Rewrite the Stars (from "Greatest Showman")

Top Gun Anthem

SkyFall (Adele)

Here Comes the Sun (The Beatles)

Wagon Wheel (Bob Dylan, Old Crow Medicine Show)

Feathered Indians (Tyler Childers)

I'm a Believer (The Monkees)

...And several more!

The bride was especially looking forward to hearing "Concerning Hobbits" from "Lord of the Rings," but missed hearing it because she had to leave to take pictures. At the request of a bridesmaid, we happily looped back around to it and played it while the bride was present!
