For the second weekend in a row, our string quartet played for two weddings, much to our delight!

The first wedding was held at World Outreach Church, in Murfreesboro, TN. The couple hosted a beautiful wedding in Fellowship Square and was run smoothly by Melissa Posh! We had the privilege of joining a pianist and vocalists for the ceremony music— we love a good collaboration! For prelude we played selections like The Lord’s Prayer, The Prayer, Agnus Dei, Spring, Now and Forever, A Thousand Years and a few more per the bride’s request. For the ceremony the bride chose:

Family Seating: Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring (Bach)

Wedding Party: Canon in D (Pachelbel)

Bride: Bridal Chorus (Wagner)

Unity Candle: The Blessing (Jobe/Carnes)

Communion: Goodness of God (Winans)

Recessional: This Will Be (Nat King Cole)

For the second wedding of the weekend, we were out at Beau Cheval, in Wartrace, TN. The views are absolutely stunning! We played a selection of love songs for prelude and proceeded to the bride’s ceremony selections:

Family: Tennessee Whiskey (Chris Stapleton)

Wedding Party: Turning Page (from Twilight)

Bride: Enchanted (Taylor Swift)

Recessional: Viva La Vida (Coldplay)

For cocktail hour the bride requested some favorites which included I Will Wait, Pretty Woman, Love Story, Fly Me to the Moon, I Melt with You, Call Me Maybe, I Want to Hold Your Hand, Marry You, Bittersweet Symphony and more!
